Rule 1.11(j) states.....
"Players must not wear watches, rings, pins, jewelry or other metallic items. (EXCEPTION: Jewelry that alerts medical personnel to a specific condition is permissible.)
The interpretation of this rule includes rubber band bracelets, rope or yarn bracelets or necklaces.
This is a safety issue that GLLSOW takes very seriously.
Serious injuries have occurred from jewelry on the field. Let's keep our kids safe.
